Human Movement Science and You

The way to understand the human body and movement is to think of it as a machine. What your machine needs to perform better or to correct dysfunction is rooted in accurate knowledge of the cause and healthy function. We help you understand the bigger picture of what your machine needs to manage your “active life” in the life we live.

Education empowers your journey into understanding that change is not set in a specific program or canned exercises, but in your ability to make the proper decisions because you understand it.

Let the language of your body guide you to your solution

Possibility in activity and motion.

There is not a determinative age in which you should not do any particular activity. There is not an age where you should have breakdown and pain. The possibility in activity at has to do with knowing your current abilities and what needs to be done to achieve the desired activity safely.

This is the most rewarding work you can experience. Click below to see what we have to offer.

We partner with all types of sports and activities.

To make the most of your sport and activity it could be just as simple as understanding the proper way to make sure that your machine is prepped for that activity.

You wouldn’t take your daily driving car on a race track without making sure you have prepared it to prevent breakdown. How is your body any different?

Look at how I have worked with some of the most exciting sports and athletes.

Want to hear it from someone else?

Seeing or listening to others experiences in movement correction can be very powerful.

I started a series of podcasts called M4SL Conversations. They highlight how M4SL is similar to other types of services and health professionals. This can be a bridge to alternative ways of looking at healing and change.
